POLICIES

  • Health and safety are paramount. Cabin cleaning procedures include all currently mandated health protocols.
  • For your safety, a security camera records movement outside the property. The camera is located at the main entrance and faces the exterior of the cabin.
  • Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am must be observed to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
  • Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking inside the cabin or outside on the cabin premises. Fires are an ever-present threat in Tennessee!
  • Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Strict fines, up to $10,000, will be imposed for any policy violation.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward each other, the retreat organizers, presenters, service providers, and the retreat location’s staff and property. Any behavior deemed by the retreat organizers to be inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive will not be tolerated, and the offending attendee will be dismissed immediately with no refund.
